    Billable Extras

Any changes requested after the Redline phase, or architectural changes introduced after drafting has commenced, are subject to re-quotation.

  • We are Drafting Specialists, not carpenters. However, our technical DNA is inherited from master joinery protocols. Our team is rigorously trained on AWI standards and "Constructability Logic" transferred by industry veterans. We focus on geometry, clearance, and material logic so your shop can focus on fabrication.

  • To guarantee accuracy and reduce RFIs, we require a "Zero-Point" data set:

    • Arch Plans PDF

    • Hardware Specs

    • Scope of Work

    • Company Template
